Shalfleet Views includes four bedrooms (each with built in wardrobes), a 50" plasma television, Blu-Ray player, DVD player, and split system heating and cooling. The house also includes a second refrigerator in the laundry (along with a washing machine and dryer) and, in the main bedroom, a 42" plasma and another DVD player.
Located in one of Phillip Island's most tranquil pockets, west of Grossard Point Road, Shalfleet Views is a brief walk to the beach. It is a short drive to the Phillip Island Racetrack (Grand Prix circuit) , the Fairy Penguin Parade, McHaffie's Lagoon, Swan Lake and Cowes.
Other than the beach, local holiday experiences include bird watching, bushwaking, canoeing and kayaking, fishing, golf, horse riding, tennis, walking or hiking.

This is a terrific property. Clean, light, bright and modern. There is space for three families. Walking distance to the beach and views from the balcony. We found the best time to swim was low tide.
