The main bedroom is found upstairs, also having great ocean views & its own digital tv. A fabulous ensuite, complete with a pedestal handbasin & spa bath.
Downstairs you'll find plenty of storage space as well as:

The townships of both Ettalong & Umina, with there many cafes, restaurants & shops, are both within easy (flat) walking distance, so that once you're here you can just sit back & really relax & enjoy your time away from home.
The penthouse is also very close to many National Parks, great bush walks, superb beaches, golf courses, a multi screen cinema complex (at Ettalong), the National Trust village of Pearl Beach, as well as all the shops that Erina Fair has to offer.
