This great 2 bedroom unit offers more than just location. With the convenient situation on the first floor of the complex this unit offers 5 guests the pleasures that will bring you back time and again.
So whether you just want to lie back in the sun, or get out on the waves, the choice is yours. Sit back on the balcony and enjoy ocean views or take a short stroll to the restaurants nearby for a meal with the perfect back drop. The famous patrolled Kings Beach is a short walk from the unit without crossing any roads. For the keen shopper, only a stroll away is the Caloundra CBD with a number of shops, boutiques and specialty stores to choose from, also many more restaurants in this area. For the perfect end to a busy day surfing, shopping or sightseeing, why not take a dip in the pool to cap it all off? However you prefer to spend your time in the unit, the options are endless. The lounge room has a 3 seater couch and 2 arm chairs, a television, DVD player and air conditioner. The kitchen consists of a dishwasher, microwave, oven, cook top, fridge and all cooking utensils are supplied. The main bedroom comprises of a queen bed, built in wardrobe, air conditioner and an ensuite that has a vanity unit, shower and toilet, bedroom 2 has a set of bunks and a trundle. The bathroom consists of a vanity unit, toilet and shower. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is a balcony off the lounge room and the main bedroom. Secure car parking is located under the building, an inground pool and the unit is situated on the 1st level. Please be advised that there is no smoking permitted in the unit, and whilst pillows and blankets are supplied, you will need to bring your own towels and linen.
