Description
Peak View Cottage sits on a quiet internal block with views of the Hazards Peaks and within walking distance to beaches and shops, childrens play ground and tennis courts.
It has a spacious living area comprising a comfortable lounge area, dining area and a fully self contained kitchen with a large fridge,microwave and oven, a water filter and coffee perculator.
The cottage sleeps up to 6 adults with two queen beds and two singles with all linen supplied and an assortment of pillows for your comfort.
There is also a porta cot available at a small extra cost, on request.
The cottage is child friendly with a large enclosed "wet area" for all your beach and fishing gear.
There is a sunny outdoor area with table and chairs ideal for barbecues and a tub for cleaning your catch.There is also an outdoor shower.
For those days when the beach may not be an option or when you just want to relax there is a cosy wood heater and a great selection of DVDs, books and games for your enjoyment.
The cottage is just a short walk to the convenience store, a great little restaurant with fabulous coffee, kids playground and tennis courts and beautiful beaches.
Location
Coles Bay is nestled below the spectacular Hazards Peaks which are part of the world renowned Freycinet Peninsula.
Driving to Coles Bay from the north or south you pass some of the east coasts best wineries and on the Coles Bay Rd you can stop for some fresh Tassie seafood.
When in Coles Bay you can stroll along the expanses of beautiful beaches or relax in secluded little bays,take a walk into stunning Wine Glass Bay or be adventurous and head off to explore the magnificent Freycinet Peninsula.
Swim, fish, snorkel, dive or kayak the pristine waters of Great Oyster Bay and the Peninsula.
Take a plane trip or boat trip to enjoy more of the stunning coast line.
Take the kids to the playground, tennis courts or the outdoor summer picture theatre at the National Park Visitors Centre.
Dine out in Coles Bay or take a 30 min trip to Bicheno or Swansea, or cook your fresh catch of fish on the barbecue at our cottage accommodation.
Or just sit back and relax on the beach enjoying the stunning scenery and the ambience.
