A very modern detached air conditioned 4 bedroom home offering a very high specification for guests to enjoy. It can accommodate a maximum of 8 people with the maximum number of adults being 6.

Accomodation

The property benefits from the following specification:-

Family lounge and dining room

This is a huge area with very high quality timber flooring offering double aspect windows and sliding patio doors leading to the alresco area. Complete with 2 luxury suede 3 seater settees and a 32 inch T.V.

The diniing area has an 8 seater dining table and chairs, thus ensuring the larger family can all sit together at meal times.

KItchen

This very well equipped kitchen has much more than your average holiday home. There are plenty of plates etc to ensure that even the largest family is catered for. We have provided items such as food steamers and food mixers, just in case our guests decide they want to stay in!

There is a stainless steel hob and oven, together with a high speed microwave. The side by side fridge and freezer will easily hold all your food requirements and provides cool water and ice on demand. The pantry will easily accomodate all your food requirements. Of course no holiday kitchen would be complete without a dishwasher!

The kitchen overlooks the lounge area and also offers a breakfast/ sitting area so guests can talk to the chef whilst he or she is preparing food.

Media Room

This is a room you may not want to leave!. It comprises 2 x 2 seater leather reclining settees for you to watch TV or films. It is fitted out with a huge projector screen and the sound comes via a top end Denon AV Amp, complete with a Denon top end DVD player. Your surround sound comes from high quality B&W speakers which comprise, fronts, sub, centre, rears and centre rear, giving a truly fantastic sound. There is also an ipod/iphone connection so you can play your own music if you wish to. You can even switch the sound to speakers in the Alfresco area so you can enjoy your music whilst having a barbecue. Finally there is an xbox, with games provided.

Alfresco Area

Complete with dining table seating up to 8. Complete with stainless steel large 4 burner barbecue and gas. Gas heater for those cooler nights. Outside lighting. Fly screens that can be raised or lowered as you wish to keep those pesky flies out when eating. Outside speakers, as mentioned above.

Gardens

Front garden with grass and flower beds, with a driveway for 2 cars. Rear garden with borders, complete with native Australian tree's and shrubs and a large lawn area for playing with the children. Also with a 3 seater swingng chair, and 2 fully relcining sudbeds.

Master Bedroom

Complete with en-suite shower room, twin vanity basins and separate W.C. It has a king sized bed, with bedside cabinets and a mirrored wardrobe along one entire wall.

Bedroom 2

A beautifully decorated full sized double bedroom with double bed, bedside cabinets and a built in wardrobe.

Bedroom 3

A beautifully decorated full sized double bedroom with double bed, bedside cabinets and a built in wardrobe.

Bedroom 4/ Office

To ensure this room meets the needs of as many guests as possible this room has bunk beds for the little ones. For those who have to work as part of their stay it also has a desk on 1 wall, complete with monitor, printer, keyboard, and mouse. There is a network lead for you to be able to connect to the complimentary internet. The internet usage can be monitored and has a monthly limit. We therefore ask that no films or music are downloaded.

Family Bathroom

Fitted out with a huge vanity mirror, bath, basin, and large shower.

Separate W.C

Separate to the bathroom.

Location Location Location

The property is within a 10 min drive of the local beaches. Other more famous beaches such as Mullaloo are within 20 minutes. In fact those look to visit the beautiful Perth beaches will be spoilt for choice. It is close to a new shopping centre and within 10 minutes of Joondalup which boasts a huge shopping complex.

For golf enthusiasts the nearest course is a mere 5 minute drive away. if you let us know we will even let you borrow a set of clubs and a trolley. You just provide the balls!!!

Buses can be caught very close by which will take you to Joondalup where you can catch trains, and or connect to buses to other routes. Perth city is an easy 30 minute drive away. The famous Hillarys boat harbour is 20-25 mins drive. Don't worry if these names mean nothing, our pack will fill you in with all the details.
