Triptych is quietly tucked away on the edge of the CBD, only a moment from Melbourne's renowned fashion and shopping, Crown Casino, MCG, Rod Laver Arena, Hamer Hall, The Arts Centre, The Royal Botanic Gardens and much more. If you do need to travel further afield, our Kavanagh Street address places you at the gateway to a network of major freeways, in fact you can be at the Melbourne international airport in under 30 minutes.
This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom apartment is set high up on floor 24 with the most amazing Melbourne views. Classified as a penthouse apartment you can enjoy floor to ceiling high huge glass windows that allow views of almost everything Melbourne has to offer.
The apartment features two living areas, a seperate study and a scullery (meal preparation area). All rooms are very generously sized and are furnished in quality modern finishes and are all fully air conditioned/ heated.
Within the complex is a gymnasium and swimming pool. There is a car available to use however further conditions apply to be able to use this service.
THE APARTMENT can be booked for a min 3 night stay at $1,000 per night or alternatively for stays longer than 10 days the rate is $850 per night. Please enquire directly to check availability. It IS NOT available for Melbourne Cup or Grand Final Weekend. Thank you and we hope to welcome you to our apartment very soon.

There is a vehicle available that can be included with this short stay however other costs and conditions will apply.
We also collect an additional $300 - $400 to cover cleaning expenses at the end of your stay (depending on guest numbers).
