Description
This two level guest house has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms offering 14 sleeping positions.
The ground floor hosts the entrance lounge and dining area with access to garden and outdoor BBQ area. A fully equipped kitchen with extras such as juicer, rice cooker and slow cook pot and dishwasher.
Also on this level is the self contained 5th bedroom with T/V and DVD player, fridge, microwave and an additional shower with toilet. (teenagers love this room which sleeps up to 5 people)
A toddlers play room which hosts a selection of age appropriate toys is also located on the ground floor.
The dining area opens on to a spacious garden which hosts fruit trees and flowering plants. The garden is both child and pet friendly, fully fenced with a good degree of privacy.
Upstairs you will find a second lounge area which is equiped wide screen TV, board games, Wii games station, books, music cd's and movie DVD's. This room leads onto a veranda which overlooks the garden and has glimpses of Jervis Bay water views.
The house is a short 300mtr stroll to Nelsons Beach, Plantation point picnic grounds and White Sands Nature Walk.
Bedrooms
The house has five bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 is a queen room with private ensuite and TV suitable for two people.
Bedroom 2 is a queen room suitable for two people.
Bedroom 3 hosts a double bed with single over bunk, suitable for 3 people.
Bedroom 4 hosts two king single beds suitable for two people
Bedroom 5 hosts a double/single trilogy bunk which sleeps 3 people and a single bunk which sleeps 2 people. ( up to 5 people in total).
This self contained room also offers a fridge, microwave and TV with video.
In total the house has 5 bedrooms sleeping up to 14 people, 3 TV areas and a toddlers playroom.
Pets and other bits n pieces.
Pets are welcome at Nelsons Beach Lodge by arrangement, a pet charge applies, we expect pets are not allowed on beds or furniture and the garden be left in a clean condition without damage. We strongly recommend you frontline your pets for a safe and trouble free holiday.
To confirm a reservation you must pay a refundable bond of $500.00 at least one month (30 days) before the date of your arrival, the bond will be held as security against a last minute cancellation and or damage caused to the property.
Please be advised we will supply an intent email as confirmation of your reservation however your reservation is not secured until your bond has been paid and we have issued a receipt.
Included in your booking fee is a nominal cleaning charge of $50.00, this allows for a general clean up upon your departure, deep cleans may incur an additional charge.
We recommend you read our cancellation and cleaning policy before confirming booked dates.
