Located an ideal part of Southbank, near the heart of Melbourne, this gorgeous 10th Floor apartment is within walking distance to the Crown Casino and the Southgate Arts precinct. It's also a mere 10 minute stroll to the city, the ballet school, Federation Square, The Arts Centre, MCG, Etihad, Rod Laver Arena and The Botanical Gardens and a short drive to South Melbourne and Port Melbourne. The view is of Melbourne's magnificent city skyline and the apartment is lovely and bright and fitted out with everything you need to make it a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The apartment is two-bedroom/two bathroom - one bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite, the second bedroom is close to the central bathroom so privacy is ensured. Both bedrooms have comfortable beds, lovely luxurious sheets and plenty of pillows. Parking is available within the building and is included in the price.

Please note that bookings for one or two nights are welcome for mid week and will be considered for weekends but may carry a 5~10% surcharge.

"Absolutely Brilliant!! We are a young family, but we know Melbourne well and have stayed in many CBD apartments and this is our new favourite! We absolutely loved staying at the Yarra Condos. We stayed over the GP weekend (March 2012) and everything was easy access. It's a maximum 10 mins easy walk into the city (great for your health!) and we did that daily quite happily with 3 kids under 7. Trams are within 2 blocks to make travel easy - in fact from when we arrived to when we left almost a week later, we didn't touch the car... Crown Casino is 2 blocks away plus with Southbank it opens a plethora of dining options both haute and cheap and easy. The apartment was on the 10th floor and provided a great easterly view of the MCG and down to St Kilda. Everything we needed for the stay (esp with Kids) was great, plenty of kitchen utensils, 2 great bedrooms & bathrooms). We also had the use of the FULLY featured gym and a great 25 metre indoor heated pool and spa, that we had to ourselves almost the whole time. The neighbourhood was quiet, no major roads outside, so it was great. We will stay here again, and soon, without hesitation!"
