Your apartment is only 5 minutes walking distance to town centre, lake side park with BBQ's, swimming, fishing and playground. 2 minutes driving to local Beaches. Great surfing, board riding, Merimbula Main Beach is home for the Corona Kite Board championships every November. There is also a fine tennis complex with night tennis facilities and a short 5-10 minute drive will take you either of two beautiful 18 hole golf courses.

There is Boat Hire, Cruises, Whale watching ( Oct/Nov), fishing, twin cinema complex, Magic Mountain with its roller coaster, water slides, car track and many other attractions, There is an indoor video games centre that includes plus 10 pin bowling, mini golf. There is an RSL club, Bowling club. The town boasts a wide selection of quality restaurants and retail shops including a Woolworths supermarket, Target and Best & Less, Go Lo, Sanity and well stocked sport shops including a News Agency. There is also the ever popular McDonalds and other casual eating locations.
