This home provides the size you need not to be tripping over each other as well as a fantastic location. And don't forget our community garden whatever is in the vegetable garden when you stay you are welcome to try, our herb garden is there for you to enjoy and use as you please.

We are in a beautiful area of Cliff Drive not allot of cars but all the views and lookouts. A fifteen minute walk to the scenic skyway and many of the great lookouts just a stones throw away. Only minutes walk from Katoomba golf course and sports complex.

A five-minute drive to the Centre of Katoomba, restaurants, the Three Sisters lookout and the Scenic World. Close to all the popular bushwalks not to mention Cahills Lookout just around the corner.

Confirmed bookings cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 15% of the total cost. Bookings cancelled 30-60 days prior to arrival will incur a minimum cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost. Bookings cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival will incur a nil refund
