Description
This Pet Friendly cottage on 6 acres provides a private relaxing bush setting for your next break. The cottage has 2 bedrooms with open ceilings through the bedrooms, kitchen, dining and living.
The addition has a comfortable sofa bed which rolls out to almost queen size. This room can be closed off from the cottage.
1x bathroom with toilet and then another toilet which is in the laundry off the back verandah.
Well behaved pets are most welcome with a fenced secure undercover area for them to enjoy. These well behaved pets are allowed inside, but we ask not on the furniture in respect for other guests.
The Lean 2 room has the sofa bed and dining table, the red door in this room is the front door.
The kitchen and living area is all open.
The main bedroom, living and Lean2 room have ceiling fans. There is an air conditioner in the living area and Main Bedroom. The cottage has a back verandah and good outdoor covered areas, including the pergola which has a bbq and outdoor setting for 6. The verandah and covered areas are included in the pet friendly fenced area. It also has ample parking including 1 x under cover and 1 x lock up.
The cottage has a great feel to it which is very relaxing and private in its bush setting.
It is 5 km's from beautiful Agnes Water beaches and shops and 12kms to the Town of 1770 marina and estuary.
There is no linen supplied, as in sheets, towels etc... There is Pillows with pillow cases, doonas and blankets on the queen bed and bunk beds and spare blankets for the sofa bed are in the storage component of the brown sofa bed.
An additional $200.00 refundable security deposit is charged, which will be refunded the week after departure, providing excessive cleaning charges and damages are not recorded. All dog droppings must be picked up before departure as this is not the cleaners job. Charges apply if this is not done.
