All rooms have fans and the whole house is air conditioned. Both levels of house have large balconies and the lower level having a 6 person spa off the lounge and a BBQ with outdoor table and chairs for 8. 5 minute drive to safe bay beaches, fishing areas and a short drive to Brown Lake, Blue Lake, Straddie Golf Course and Main Beach

Deposit is 10% of booking and a security of $500 which will be returned subject to departure condition of house. Cancellation will incur a $100 fee plus possible forfeiture of deposit if house is not relet for the cancelled period.
