This delightful and private AAA 4 Star Retreat has breathtaking VIEWS to the Gold Coast and Pacific Ocean and is suitable for couples wanting a quiet getaway. In a picturesque forest setting with landscaped gardens and surrounded by Reserve, Hillside is situated off the main road in a secluded cul-de-sac.

Comprising a private Cottage with, “not a neighbour in sight” or a Self-Contained Suite, with 1 or 2 bedrooms, every comfort is offered. Enjoy your hamper breakfast at your leisure.

The Pool and Jacuzzi, set amongst tropical plants and palms, is an ideal place to cool off after exploring the local rainforests. A Guest BBQ is available for use.

Because we are on acreage and our Cottage is away from the house we are able to accommodate small Families and Pets.

Accommodation

GUMNUT COTTAGE is set amongst the treetops of the Escarpment Reserve with great Views to the Coast.
There are two bedrooms, one a queen and the other with two king singles. There is a cosy, separate lounge with pot belly stove, tv, dvd, video, cd sound system. All newly renovated with a full kitchen and dining area Gumnut is a home away from home.
Self cater in tranquil privacy, just you and the birds. Sit back with a glass of wine on the spacious deck which has a BBQ and soak up the views.
Large Breakfast hampers available for $25 for 2.

The LYREBIRD SUITE has Mountain Views, a separate entrance and comprises 1 or 2 comfortable queen bedrooms, both en-suite.
Situated in the guest wing of the house, the Suite has a spacious and private lounge with log fire (see photo). Select a dvd from the library or catch the latest on Austar/Foxtel cable tv. Beautifully furnished with a kitchenette and dining area that seats six. Complimentary tea/coffee.
Adjacent is a private patio area and the tariff includes a gourmet hamper breakfast.

The ROSE ROOM also has a separate entrance and has a queen bed with large en-suite bathroom and tv. Complimentary tea/coffee/port/chocolates in the kitchenette/sitting room which has a fridge and microwave.
Guest BBQ available on pool/spa deck. Tariff includes breakfast hamper.
