At Hillside we understand the bond between dogs and their owners and the difficulty in leaving them behind when holidaying. Our Gumnut Cottage is well equipped to accommodate most small to medium dogs.

Set amongst the forest of the Escarpment Reserve with fabulous views to the Gold Coast, Gumnut Cottage is the perfect escape. Watch the sun rise and listen to the birds welcoming the new day.
Separate from the house the cottage consists of two bedrooms, beautifully furnished lounge and dining area containing a pot belly stove and a gas heater, television with dvd / video (with a selection of videos), cd player, and spacious deck with gas barbecue.
With a fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine, Gumnut has it all.

LYREBIRD SUITE : 1 Bedroom Self-contained Catering.
Spoil yourself with some luxury. In the wing of the house and with a separate entrance this is ideal for couples who want the extra privacy of being self contained.
Comprising of one queen en-suite bedroom, with a light and beautifully furnished lounge / dining area, you will never want to leave. There is a kitchen should you want to quickly cook something up and stay in for a relaxing evening.
Curl up in front of the cosy log fire and enjoy the forest and garden views. For your entertainment a television, DVD and stereo system are provided, together with a selection of films.
A patio area set amongst palms and ferns is adjacent. The tariff includes a country style breakfast. Complimentary tea, coffee, port and chocolates are also provided.

This newly redecorated bedroom with separate entrance for your privacy and convenience, overlooks the pool and comprises a queen sized bed and television with large separate bathroom.
