This is more like a one bedroom apartment with a queen size bed in an alcove with builtin wardrobes etc.
Stainless steel kitchen, laundry with washing machine and drier included.

Ideal for one person or a couple. A perfect spot to holiday, work or live in.

As this property is pet friendly (small-medium dog or cat) please inform us when you make your booking if you are bringing a pet with you. If so there is also a carpet clean to be done at the end of your stay. This carpet clean is carried out for hygienic reasons. If this isn’t done it may cause offence to the next tenant.

Charges start at the advertised price depending on season, family numbers and duration of stay. The low pricing applies to the winter season; the highest rate is over the summer and Christmas holiday period. Minimum stay 7 nights.

A bond is required (this is returned within 5-7 working days from departure, after a satisfactory inspection of the property). Other mandatory charges as listed. A pocket WIFI 3G Modem can be supplied for $120 for the first month and $75 for subsequent months thereafter.

Keys are picked up from a central office location in Darlinghurst on day of arrival. Check-in is from 2:30pm. Check-out is 10am.
