The Beach Villa comfortably accommodates 6 people and would suit a family, 2-3 couples or a group of friends.

The spacious second level features a large open plan living area featuring kitchen and living area that flow seamlessly to the tiled outdoor entertaining terrace. The indoor-meets-outdoor feel is perfect for entertaining, as are the luxurious inclusions. The well appointed kitchen features the finest fixtures and appliances including Smeg cooktop and oven, Miele Combi oven, 1.5 dishwashers, microwave, fridge and all utensils, table and glass wear. The dining table seats 8 and is positioned near the kitchen for convenient entertaining. The living room opens to the outdoor terrace which is perfect for relaxing alfresco dining. Entertaining with ease at the 12 seat table while cooking up a traditional Aussie feast on the Smeg BBQ. Soak in the view and the sounds of the beach through the Norfolk Pines and Cabbage Tree Palms that are synonymous with Palm Beach.

The master bedroom, also located on the second floor, features an exquisite limestone ensuite with bath & shower.

Also for the convenience of guests there is also another guest bathroom on the second floor.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms. One with a queen bed, built in wardrobe and ensuite. The other bedroom contains 2 king single beds as well as a single trundle which also has an adjoining bathroom. There is also an integrated laundry with a dryer and washing machine.

The first floor is also home to a sitting room / home theatre with a plasma screen - a great escape for the kids! It opens to a private courtyard which provides a nice space to sunbake or enjoy some relaxing time alone. The courtyard serves as a second entrance and is the perfect place to leave your surfboards and beach gear.

The Beach Villa is fully air-conditioned and also has ceiling fans throughout. There is secure undercover parking for two cars plus guest parking onsite. The garage has access to your own private lift which accesses all floors - very convenient when unloading your luggage or returning with heavy shopping bags.

The Villa is fully furnished with towels and linen provided.
