This lovely home is nestled in a quiet part of San Remo. It has water views and is opposite a track to the beach. San Remo has a great range of shops, take away food outlets and 2 pubs.
The main living is upstairs, open plan with good kitchen, gas cooking, microwave and dishwasher. There is a wood heater, portable electric heating and portable fans for cooling.
There lounge has huge floor to ceiling windows with sliding doors opening on to the balcony with amazing views.
Flat screen tv and dvd are central in the lounge and there is a good size dining table. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and the main bathroom.
Downstairs has one bedroom with ensuite, rumpus room opening out on to a paved area with large gas bbq and outdoor setting.
The laundry is fully equipped with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
A great location for your next holiday or weekend getaway.
