Salt Spray Beach House has been purpose built with family beach holidays in mind, just a short stroll to the surf beach, or you can stay put in a private resort style surrounds.
Once settled at Salt Spray it is hard to leave, the lower lever is a bright & breezy space (tiled throughout) and all about entraining, lounge, dining, kitchen flows directly out to a central pool north facing alfresco dining, separated only by a glass pool fence.
Also on this lower level is a second TV room and a queen bedroom with ensuite.
The upper level has the master bedroom with it own North facing deck, a beautiful spot get away for those quiet moments and to catch the sun all day in privacy. Also on this level are 2 other bedrooms (1 queen and another with 2 singles) and a spacious main bathroom with a bath.
Salt Spray is pet friendly so the family can travel with their furry friend, the property is fully fenced.
Salt Village is only 15 minutes drive from the Gold Coasts Coolangatta Airport, yet Byron Bay and Gold Coast Surfers Paradise is just 30 min drive away.

With an average temperature of 24 degrees, stunning beaches and a fantastic smorgasbord of restaurants, Kingscliff is becoming one of Australia's top holiday destinations.
Kingscliff is part of the Tweed Coast situated on the far north coast of New South Wales, Australia, about 30 minutes south of the Gold Coast and just 30 minutes North of Byron Bay. With 2km of golden sandy beaches stretching from Cabarita to Fingal, Kingscliff is just perfect for the family holiday.
Kingscliff has a great stretch of patrolled golden beaches that are great for surfing, rock fishing, swimming or just soaking up the sun. Various water sports, canoeing, crab fishing and River cruises are the many sun soaked activities waiting for you on the Tweed River.
'Surfing Australia' are based at nearby Casuarina, (Beginners to Intermediate) the coolest new beach spot on the Tweed Coast, why not have surfing lessons while you holiday.
Bike hire nearby - 26 km of cycle way
Rec. Club - Group training (i.e yoga, Pilates, boxing etc.) You can stay fit while you are on holidays or just indulge in a massage !
If you want to go further afield short day trips to Byron Bay, Bangalow, Boarder Rangers and Mount Warning are a must.
There are local farmers markets every second Saturday in the park on the Northern side of Kingscliff Bowls Club. (On the 2nd & 4th Saturday of each month). The Byron Bay Markets are held 1st Sunday of every month. The Bangalow Markets are held on the 4th Sunday of every month.
