Bedding configuration can be altered to suit 2 families, couples or groups.

There is the local shopping strip close by with cafes, best coffee, St Leonards Hotel and IGA supermarket all within walking distance.

Drive to Queenscliff and catch the ferry across to Sorrento.....or....to Adventure Park or the minature railway at Portarlington.
Discover what the Bellarine Pensinsula has to offer: many boutique wineries, berry, olive farms and fresh produce.
Take the family to St Leonards' foreshore......have a picnic at the free BBQ areas ... ..play tennis and basketball at the free courts........watch the kids play in the enclosed playground at St Leonards Pier.....and then go for a swim at the beach which is nice and quiet.
