"Absolutely not just another beach house".... this holiday home is ideal for 2 families and is situated directly across from Diamond Beach Park, being a great spot for the family to enjoy a game of footy or for the children to run freely. It is only 2 minutes walk to Diamond Beach shops and 1 minute to the beach. The home consists of a large living area with TV, Video, CD Stereo, separate dining room, new kitchen with microwave, laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs: Main bedroom with queen bed, 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds, 3 way bathroom.

Downstairs: 3rd bedroom includes a trio bed (double below, single above) and the 4th bedroom includes 2 single beds, TV & Video Player plus 2nd shower and toilet.
