This brand new 2 story house has magnificent view of North Beach. A 2 min walk and you are at the beach. Or, drive you vehicle straight onto the beach.
Sleep up to 13 people in 4 bedrooms. Up stairs has main living area which includes a fully equipped kitchen, dinning area and pool room. Plus the main bedroom which has it's own private balcony, en suite and wall mounted LCD/DVD television.
This property also is wheel chair friendly with all doors 950mm wide. Plus an outdoor stair chair to be able to get you upstairs if you can not use the stairs. (please ring in to see if it is suitable).
This is a family friendly home, allowing up to 3 families to stay at once. Sorry no pets allowed.
Watching the sunset from the rear balcony is a must.
Rates
Spring, Summer & Autumn $350 per night
Winter $250 per night (ex school holidays and public holidays)
School holidays, Public holidays, Easter $350 per night
Minimum stay is 2 nights except Easter 3 nights and School holidays 4 nights (unless negotiated)

Wheel Chair Friendly
This property is wheel chair friendly. It has large door ways and a stair chair to the 1 st floor.
If you require use of the stair chair please contact the owner to discuss if it will suite your needs.

The Goodall Shack was even better than we expected. A beautiful house, well equipped and modern, we felt spoilt staying there. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Very professionally managed and presented we felt comfortable and welcomed from the minute we arrived.
