The property is one of the areas best kept holiday secrets; a quiet and secluded haven with no through traffic, making it the ideal location for a romantic rendezvous or fun filled family holiday. The site is well serviced by amenities, so regardless of guests desired pursuits they are sure to find an activity to suit them. BRONTE & BONDI (sleeps up to 8 people combined)
Absolute beach front standalone two level fully self-contained villas with 180 degree views from every room and a large entertaining deck plus separate cliff edge deck. Main level is open plan kitchen living dining area with bathroom with internal laundry. There is a queen size day bed on this level for extra guests, on the top floor is one bedroom with vaulted ceilings and a queen size bed (has enough room for a cot). Bondi and Bronte can sleep up to four people each.

LIFESAVER (sleeps up to 5 people combined)
These two self-contained adjoining villas are absolute beach front with views to die for and have large entertaining decks that flow directly onto a manicured lawn with direct beach access. Tamarama is perfect for a couple with an open plan kitchen living dining layout and one bedroom with queen size bed. There is a full bathroom and separate laundry, all linen and bedding is provided. Topping off you also have your own cliff edge deck over looking the beach. Lifesaver has the addition of a 2nd level with an extra King size bed that can also be split into two single beds plus there is also a third single bed on this level. This allows Lifesaver to sleep a family of five or two couples.

TAMARAMA (perfect for 2 people)
This self-contained villa is absolute beach front with views to die for. A large entertaining deck flows directly onto a manicured lawn with direct beach access. Tamarama is perfect for a couple with an open plan kitchen living dining layout and one bedroom with queen size bed. There is a full bathroom and separate laundry, all linen and bedding is provided. Topping off you also have your own cliff edge deck over looking the beach.

LAILAS BEACH HOUSE (perfect for 5 people)
This main house which features a light filled modern family sized upper duplex with ocean views. Its fully equipped for a family with large open plan living dining kitchen area that flows onto a large Queenslander style wrap around deck. There is two bedrooms, main with queen, 2nd with 2x singles and two bathrooms comes with all linen and bedding. There is also a third single bed/day bed in the living area and we can also remove one of the single beds in the 2nd bedroom to accommodate a cott if needed. This property is perfect for a family beach style holiday with lots of room, it also has its own beach front two person deck on the main front lawn with direct beach access.

BEACH BELLES (perfect for 4 people)
Situated at the north west corner of the property, isnt beach front but is only 10mtrs away with direct access, this really cool pavilion style cottage is very popular. It features two separate modules one with two bedrooms, King and two singles with joining bathroom, the other module is an open plan living dining kitchen area that flows onto a entertaining deck. There is also an out door spa and shower and the whole property is surrounded by tropical gardens. Very Private! The property also has its own beach front area with sweeping views north up the beach, perfect for afternoon drinks watching the amazing sunsets to the west.
