This is a fully furnished townhouse with a northerly aspect in a quiet, well maintained block. Continental breakfast, tea, coffee, condiments, all bedding, towels and expenses are included.
The living room has a dining table, TV, DVD player and two couches. There is a fully equipped, modern kitchen with dishwasher, and an internal laundry. Upstairs, both bedrooms have a built-in wardrobe and vertical blinds. The main bedroom has a queen bed and a large balcony. The second bedroom has a double bunk and study desk. A port-a-cot is also available. There is a dedicated, undercover carspace as well as an enclosed storage space above the stairs.
It is 1km from Roselands and Lakemba shopping centres and 600m from Wiley Park Station and shops. It is 2km from the M5 motorway, with a sensational trip to the airport and city, and 300m from Wiley Park, with its playgound and parklands.
Prices displayed in the calendar above are for two people staying two nights. The "Rates" section below applies to stays of other durations. To secure a booking, a 50% deposit is required. Unless otherwise arranged, 10 days prior to arrival a $300 bond is due with the balance, following receipt of which key access and directions will be given. The check out time is 12pm. Full terms and conditions will be emailed with quotes on enquiry.
