Be enchanted in this two storey picture book house set back on the hill with perfect eastern aspect, loads of morning sun and professionally-landscaped cool-climate gardens with deciduous trees providing seasonal colour and summer shade.

A short stroll to Centennial Vineyard and Craigieburn restaurants and backing on to Hopewood, Catsash is a convenient walk to Centennial Vineyards and 6 minutes drive to Bowral's shops and cafes.

Make your way up to the vineyard for a wine tasting and lunch. Wheel your buggy over the road to the clubhouse, dine in Pepper's restaurant or just enjoy the tranquility of the garden.

Plenty of room to entertain or get together with two large living areas and a dining room. Sleeps up to eight guests in 4 bedrooms with 3 queen beds and one twin room. The 2.5 bathrooms are luxuriously appointed and spacious.

Experience comfort all year round with central heating upstairs plus gas heating and open fire downstairs. Outdoor entertaining area with webber bbq.
