This is a fully furnished, equipped, holiday home within the 1000 acre Eaglereach Highland Park half way up Mt George. A bottle of sparkling, white wine, breakfast food, condiments, linen and towels are included. Guests have free use of HD pay television, wi-fi internet and voip phone.
On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, equipped laundry with second toilet, a large, sunny living room with dining area, reverse cycle air conditioner, couches and sofa bed. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a queen bed, a sitting and study area and air conditioning. The second and third bedrooms each have a double bed. There is a private, luxury spa, parking for 4 cars, outdoor eating area, gas barbeque and wide verandas with spectacular views of Mt Sugarloaf and Barrington Tops.
The property is conveniently located 10km from Vacy, 40km north of Maitland, near the historic town of Paterson, as well as Gresford wineries. Guests have free use of the resort's tennis court, swimming pool, outdoor fitness centre, games room, children's playground, gas barbeques, fishing ponds, picnic areas, swimming lagoon, bush walks and 4WD trails. Wildlife abounds on the property with kangaroos, wallabies, possums, goannas, king parrots and eagles.
Prices displayed in the calendar above are for two people staying two nights. The "Rates" section below applies to stays of other durations. To secure a booking, a 50% deposit is required. Unless otherwise arranged, 10 days prior to arrival the balance is due, following receipt of which key access and directions will be given. The check out time is 12pm. Full terms and conditions will be emailed with quotes on enquiry.
