This is a fully equipped, holiday home near resort facilities on 1.5 acres of escarpment land with panoramic views of the Barrington Tops.
Linen, towels, beverages and condiments are provided.
There is a sunny, kitchen and dining area leading to a spacious living room, as well as a modern bathroom with a bath, and an equipped laundry. The main bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite. The second bedroom has two single beds. There is a sofa bed in the living room. Outside, there is a heated spa, gas barbeque and wide verandas.
The property is conveniently located 10km from Vacy, 40km north of Maitland, near the historic town of Paterson, as well as Gresford wineries. Guests have free use of the resort's tennis court, swimming pool, outdoor fitness centre, games room, children's playground, gas barbeques, fishing ponds, picnic areas, swimming lagoon, bush walks and 4WD trails. Wildlife abounds on the property with kangaroos, wallabies, possums, goannas, king parrots and eagles.
To secure a booking, a 50% deposit is required. Unless otherwise arranged, 10 days prior to arrival the balance is due, following receipt of which key access and directions will be given. The check out time is 12pm. Full terms and conditions will be emailed with quotes on enquiry.
Note: Pricing is subject to change, and a minimum stay period and other conditions may apply. You should confirm pricing with the property owner.
The "Special" rates and those that follow are standard rates for two people:
$460/Sat and Sun nights
$540/3 weeknights
$580/3 nights including Saturday
$790/5 nights including Sat
