The moment you step through the large glass entrance doors you know you are staying in luxury.

This almost new house is beautifully positioned on a north facing block with beautiful hi rise views in a quiet cul-de-sac

The property is two storey with 4 bedrooms upstairs and a 5th bedroom/kids retreat downstairs.

LOUNGE

This stunning lounge area is open plan with a plasma tv mounted above your gas fireplace.
We have a large selection of books available in our library for those relaxing days
Relax in the large lounges or simply listen to music with in built Ipod speakers surrounding the lounge, kitchen and outdoor area

DINING

The dining area opens with large bi fold doors to the outdoor undercover entertaining area with BBQ overlooking the magnificent pool with water feature and of course the waterway.

KITCHEN

This modern kitchen is fully equipped with icemaker fridge and gas cook top, the pantry is large enough for any family. The stone bench top serves as a dining bar as well.

OUTDOORS

The outdoors area is an entertaining dream.
It has a full fridge and plenty of room for your BBQ dinners and lunches. It also has the Ipol connected speakers for your entertainment.

THE BEDROOMS

MAIN
The main bedroom is very contemporary with the bathroom open plan with free standing bath.
The shower is fitted with a rainshower and all is very modern.
The bed is queen size.

This is open and bright it has a double bed which opens onto a large north facing balcony with hi rises views
