Escape the daily grind to the peaceful newly-established coastal suburb of Little Bay, in a brand new, two bedroom apartment with views over the Tasman sea.

The apartment features a very spacious living area, 2 bedrooms (1 queen and 1 double bed), a study room, with a newly furbished granite kitchen. Have the latest in design and appliances: Miele gas top, electric oven, dishwasher and Smeg microwave. The entertainment media includes a large LCD screen TV and DVD-Player. The spacious bedrooms with in-built wardrobes give plenty of room for your garments. Two modern bathrooms include a shower or bath. The apartment includes a large open-spaced balcony that overlooks the ocean. The bedrooms also share an adjoining balcony.

Attractions:

The downtown of Sydney with its world famous harbour is just a 20mins drive away. Little Bay is situated 10mins from the airport.

The Beach - Swimming/Snorkelling/Diving:

Little Bay Beach which is only 200 meters from the apartment is a wonderful spot for snorkelling and swimming. Its clear waters are even popular with underwater divers whom are attracted by the diversity of marine life in this area. Its location is a local secret, a gem for sydney-siders which prefer to stay away from the bustlier, overpopulated beaches in Sydney.
Maroubra Beach is a short 10 minute drive away. Sydneys most popular diving site - Magic Point is 2500m north of Little Bay and is home to Grey Nurse Sharks, once hunted close to extinction as they were thought to be dangerous to man. Local Dive Shops available.
Bare Island Fort at La Perouse is also a popular dive site and popular with tourists with its breath taking panoramic views.

Golf:

Enjoy a day out on the green with 4 Golf Clubs next door (Randwick GC, Coast GC, St. Michaels GC, New South Wales GC). Visible from the apartment and located next to the ocean, New South Wales Golf Club consists of 18 holes. This links style course is situated in La Perouse, Sydney, and regularly rates in the top 50 golf courses in the world.

Charges and additional information:

We will provide linen and towels for 4 people. There is a dryer at the apartment too, you will also find a dry cleaner's across the street.

Free parking is available at the resident car park underneath the building and along the streets.

You will have access to Sydney public transport with the bus lines L94, X94, 394 and 399 which connect downtown Sydney and Little Bay in 30-40mins. The bus stop is located on the corner of Anzac Pde and Jennifer St.

Charges start at the advertised price depending on season and duration of stay. The higher rate applies during holiday seasons. A departure cleaning charge is already included.

As soon as you confirm a booking, you'll receive a payment notification through Stayz which you need to follow. This will include a non-refundable deposit of 10-50% of the total cost.

A security deposit of $200 cash is required and will be returned at the end of the stay after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment.
