The Beach Break is a large modern 4 bedroom home with tile and timber flooring throughout. Child and pet friendly with safe, fully fenced, secure level backyard and only a short walk to the beach. Out the back you will find a detached room which is perfect for the kids. Enjoy the peace and quiet whilst they play in "their" section of the house! In the kids room you will find a TV, DVD, lounge, bean bags and lots of toys. The home is well equipped and has a great covered outdoor area with an outdoor dining set and gas bbq.
