The House
While older style and a little deceiving from the outside this superbly located holiday cottage is set on a 1000 square metre fenced level block with a private jetty for fishing, boating or kayaking.. This great family holiday house is all on one level with level access, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas plus large covered outdoor deck with sun lounge and alfresco dining. The deck over looks a large grassy yard and Pretty Beach bay.
Main lounge room has a wonderful ambience boasting a 102 cm flat screen TV, DVD and CD player with Ipod connection, two lovely big lounges, indoor dining table, slow combustion fireplace for those cold winter nights (some starter wood povided). and french timber doors leading out to the large deck.
Second lounge has flat screen TV and DVD (Ideal for the kids to watch their movies)
Kitchen is supplied with all utilities plus dishwasher, Nespresso Pod machine, large fridge and microwave,
Laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Bedroom 1 - one queen,
Bedroom 2 - one double,
Bedroom 3 - two sets of double bunks.
Sleeps 8 in total
Undercover car space for one car.
Our house is also very dog and pet friendly (One pet only please! If you have two please email your request)
Linen is not included however it can be hired by the agent.

Being absolute waterfront with a private jetty swimming fishing and boating can all be done from your back door. There are also numerious other fishing spots within easy reach around the bay. If you own a boat you can launch it at Pretty Beach boat ramp just around the corner and tie it up at your private jetty . There are two twin person kayaks also available for use free during your stay. Own life jackets will need to be provided.
Kids and pets will love the backyard (we call it the front) with a cricket set available for the kids to use while you lounge on the banana chair under the palm trees reading a book.
This is also the perfect romantic winter getaway sitting in front of the wood fire sipping a glass of wine while watching the rugby - oh sorry romantic movie!
Tennis raquets are also available for those wishing to play at the nearby courts. There are also 2 bicycles - ideal to bike around to the eateries at Hardy's Bay.
The ferry stop is 250m from the front door where you can take the ferry to Sydney's northern beaches or connect to a bus into the city. Bus stop is around the corner which will connect you to the rail in Woy Woy.
Ideally located for bushwalking throughout the expansive Bouddi National Park taking in the scenic coastline, secluded bays and bushland. Beautiful Lobster Beach is a ten minute walk through the National Park or the patrolled beach at Killcare is a five minute drive,
90 minutes from Sydney CBD by car, train or ferry, Waggy Waterfont presents a great family holiday or a quiet cosy getaway. This largely undiscovered locality offers many wonderful attractions including the extensive Brisbane Waters, coastline walks and secluded beaches such as Maitland Bay.
Hardys Bay RSL and the boutique eateries are only minutes away and offer the best local seafood and produce available.
