Description
This two bedroom fully self contained apartment is very nicely presented with the following sleeping configuration.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed.
There is also a sofa bed.
There are TWO BATHROOMS both with walk-in showers.
There is a separate bath.
We supply all linen and towels and there is also a washing machine and a dryer in the apartment.
Stays longer than seven days are serviced.
It includes one FREE undercover car space.
It has a modern fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator. There is also an outdoor balcony area.
We have a three night minimum stay for most of the year with the following exceptions.
Easter, Adelaide Cup and The Clipsal 500, four night minimum stay.
December 14 to January 31, seven night minimum stay.
WE HAVE A STRICT NO PARTY POLICY.
We also do not accept bookings from people in the 16-25 age bracket.
