"Retreat on Avanti" is located in a quiet street within walking distance to the fantastic beaches and restaurants of the Gold Coast. If you don't feel like cooking, take a stroll to Sizzlers, Pancakes on the Rocks or the Mermaid Beach SLSC. There are other choices of Indian, French, Chinese, Italian, Japanese, Turkish or Little Truffle for a fine dining experience. Gov's Exspresso has great coffee and a huge sandpit for the kids. Or take the family for a game of Putt Putt or Bare Foot Bowls, this is all within walking distance from your home away from home.
Pacific Fair Shopping Centre is a quick 3 minute drive away as is all the wonderful restaurants of Broadbeach and our fabulous Jupiters Casino.
7 minutes south down the Gold Coast Highway will bring you to beautiful Burleigh Heads with it's wonderful stretch of beach, National Park and gorgeous shops and eateries.
Robina Town Shopping Centre is only 15 minutes away and the Theme Parks of Dreamworld / White Water World, Movie World & Wet & Wild are 30 minutes away.
Retreat on Avanti is 25 minutes drive from the Coolangatta Airport.

Relax under the huge undercover deck with 8 seat outdoor setting enjoying a BBQ lunch while watching the kids having fun in the pool. The large fully fenced yard is ideal for the kids to run and play safely.
The lounge room has a comfortable 6 seater modular leather lounge with 2 recliners inbuilt. An 80cm LCD TV with inbuilt DVD player and Foxtel is included. Grab yourself a novel from the bookcase which is stacked with lots of books and magazines to lose yourself in during your stay. Bring your iPod as there is a docking station with speakers to listen to your favourite tunes. There are DVD's for your entertainment, board games, jig saws and Twister for everyone!
If you wish to cook, enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, which include the likes of a 6ltr Slow Cooker, Rice Cooker, Cake Mixer, Stick Mixer, Sandwich Press, Slushee Machine, baking pans and trays right down to the Electric Wine Chiller. We provide complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and milk upon arrival and also supply pepper & salt, cling wrap, aluminium foil, baking paper, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags plus toilet paper and soap to get you started.
There's a lovely big dining table for those great family dinners.
The Kids Retreat is ideal for everyone to have there own space. It includes a PS2 & games, 80cm LCD TV with built in DVD player, a single bed (daybed) that can turn into a teenagers retreat if needed. There are also toys & books for the little ones.
The laundry has a 7kg Front Loader Washing Machine & 6kg Dryer.
Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning in the Dining/Kitchen/Lounge areas.
Off street parking for 3 cars which includes a single carport.
Large Gated Front Entry where you can lock up your push bikes.
Bedroom Configuration is:
Bedroom 1: Queen Bed plus ceiling fan with double built-in wardrobes
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single Beds plus ceiling fan with built-in wardrobe
Bedroom 3: 1 x Single Bed plus 1 trundle bed (single size) plus ceiling fan and built-in wardrobe
Bedroom 4 (Kids/Teenagers Retreat): 1 Single Bed (DayBed) plus ceiling fan and wardrobe
Linen is supplied which includes pillows, blankets, doona's, mattress & pillow protectors, sheets, bath towels, hand towels, bath mat, beach towels and tea towels.
A Nursery Package is available for hire which includes a Port A Cot (with sheets & blankets), High Chair and Stroller for $50 per stay.
Dogs are welcome, as they're part of the family too! The yard is fully fenced but they are to remain outside the house and written disclosure to the owner that a dog is accompanying the family is required. There is a one off charge of $50 per dog, a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. Sorry no cats.
Conditions of Your Booking
To maintain a high standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with.
* Parties and Functions are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Only rent Retreat on Avanti if you are looking for quiet holiday enjoyment.
* Do not book "Retreat on Avanti" if you are a "Schoolie" or "Schoolie Parent" booking on behalf of their child. They will not be accepted. Any "Schoolies" who book without full disclosure will be turned away and payment will be forfeited.
*Noise restrictions are to be adhered to between 10pm - 8am.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE CONDITIONS
Arrival - Check-in is from 3pm however this is flexible depending on availability.
Departure - Check-out time is 10am.
If there are 2 night gaps between bookings that interest you, please send me a request and I can work out a deal.
