This stunning Property is situated on a large, double block and is surrounded by a lovely natural garden. There is ample room for cars, and a large double garage will be ideal for storing your boat and other water sport equipment. The kids will have plenty of space in which to play and explore!
Lakeview Retreat overlooks Magnificent Lake Victoria; you can sit on the balcony any time of the day and watch the Lake's activities - whether it be boating, sailing, water and jet skiing, fishing, bird and dolphin watching, to name a few. At night enjoy the beautiful sunsets while relaxing with a glass of bubbles; you will undoubtedly be joined by a kangaroo or 2!
Swim in the safe waters of the Lake, or venture across to the amazing Ninety Mile Surf Beach - a short drive away and a must for fishing enthusiasts!
You will love the peace and quiet which Lakeview Retreat offers; it is ideally located in the quiet part of town , an easy 5 minute drive to the Marina, Pub and Shops. A 5 minute drive in the other direction leads you to the beautiful National Park, where there are walking tracks, as well as a 4WD track taking you to some lovely, and secluded, beaches.
THE HOUSE
Lakeview Retreat is a large home which offers several options: It is ideal for 2 Families - it is a 2 Storey home with 5 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 12.
It could also be a haven for a couple who could quite comfortably live upstairs only - the Master Bedroom, Ensuite, Kitchen, and large family area are all located upstairs and all overlook Lake Victoria. Lakeview Retreat has been fitted out with quality fittings and furnishings.
Downstairs, there is a room with a Double Bed and 2 bunks , a Queen Bedroom, and 2 other rooms, both with Bunks for the kids (sleeping 6). On top of all this there is also a Games' room with a couch, TV / DVD, and bean bags - the ideal haven away from the adults!
WHAT TO BRING
Guests are required to bring their own linen, including sheets, pillow cases,and towels. Each bed has its' own doona with cover but guests are also asked to bring theitr own covers. Pillows are provided.
You may also like to bring some DVD's - there is a DVD player upstairs, as well as one in the Games room downstairs where the kids may like to hibernate after a day swimming and playing!
Lakeview Retreat is a non-smoking, Pet-friendly house.
