Swanport Views Holiday Home is the closest riverfront holiday home to Adelaide (50 minute drive), only minutes off the freeway and a short drive to Murray Bridge. The house features a superb upstairs open plan living area with modern fully equipped kitchen, ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, sliding doors to the large balcony with barbecue and outdoor setting, five bedrooms, two bathrooms and toilets, equipped laundry and second living area downstairs, 2 fridges, xbox and games, 2 dvd players, stereo, sliding doors leading to the lovely lawn area and rivers edge. Situated in an exclusive community at Long Flat, you have access to private boat ramp, tennis court & basketball half court. Plenty of off street parking. Sleeping up to 10 people this home is the perfect base for your river holiday!
