Abundant Tasmanian birdlife to keep you company as you sit on the expansive viewing decks - pardalotes, scrub tits, superb wrens, honey eaters, green rosellas and black cockatoos to mention a few - birdlovers paradise.

Boating enthusiasts will enjoy catching a variety of fish - ample parking onsite for boats and 4-WDs. Enjoy barbequeing your catch on the facilities provided - it doesn't get any better than this!

Roomy, ultramodern kitchen - chef's delight - cook whilst enjoying the view. Large huon pine dining table with seating for eight.

Upstairs theatre room with surround sound - great parents retreat. Downstairs all channel TV and Blueray DVD with movie selection for children.

Masterbedroom [queensized bed] and adjacent luxury bathroom and spa. Upstairs bedroom [queensized bed] with separate bathroom. Twin single bedroom with TV and DVD player downstairs.

Expansive decks upstairs and down. Sit and enjoy your wine whilst barbequeing on either of the two barbeques provided. Ample outdoor seating for guests and friends and a great place for stargazing and enjoying the ambience of this delightful property.

WHAT TO DO

Five minutes drive to Orford for groceries and newspapers and the best wood fired pizza on the coast at Scorchers coffee lounge. Modern restuarant next door beside the Prosser River for evening meals.

Orford has a great 9 hole golf course for the golfing enthusiasts.

Another ten minutes will take you to Triabunna where you can catch a ferry across to Maria Island to spend a day exploring this famous tourist attraction.

Mercury Passage is a paradise for kayakers and fishermen alike. Breathtaking coastline to explore.

Spring Beach is an easy 10 minute walk away. It is a beautiful, quiet beach where children can swim safely in the clear, pristine waters. Great for romantic evening strolls or early morning fitness walks.

Spot the local widlife at night in your own backyard - possums, wallabies and the resident owl - fantastic pastime for the children.
