This luxury beach house is only 400 meters from the beach and a short stroll to the main shopping and restaurant area. Just a short drive are the nearby towns of Barwon Heads home of the famed Sea Change series and Queenscliff with its historic port and township it really is a must see. You may want to tee off at one of the nearby golf courses or just sit back at one of the local wineries, fishing walking or take a ferry ride to nearby Sorrento or Portsea. There are also plenty of things for the kids as well including Geelongs Adventure Park. The Ballerine Penisula is also home to Tour de France Champion Cadel Evans and is renowned for its safe bike lanes and extensive rail trails.

5 Star Accommodation, beautiful house. One of my top issues with accommodation, would be the beds and the pillows, at the Parade, passed with flying colours, very comfortable. Also, state of the art kitchen, loved the pizza oven (made our own pizzas, yummy) It was so lovley sitting on the balcony, beautiful views. Will be back!!

Upon arrival we were amazed at this stunning property that is maintained exceptionally.
The Parade has exceptional space for large groups with enough to spare to find your own personal space if needed. Was pleased with the state of all the facilities of the property and was very happy with the location of the property being so close to everything!
Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a holiday, i went with a group of 8 adults including myself and had a very enjoyable stay with plenty of space for all of us, plenty to do even though on my particular stay the weather was poor The Parade made our weekend one to remember! and one we cant wait to return to have another stay.

I would highly recommend this place. We stayed here with my parents, brother, two kids and husband and there was plenty of room for more. The owner was very prompt to reply and was friendly. Facilities were fantastic. Loved the special touches like the coffee machine and complimentary coffee pods, wii games and beach equipment. The kitchen was well equipped and the place was modern, spacious and comfortable The deck was a winner and we even made pizza from the pizza oven. And also bonus outdoor shower. We all loved it including my parents who are pretty fussy and like a bit of luxury.

This house is absolutely amazing, it is not only modern, clean & very spacious, the owners provide the guests with all the comforts of home.
We spent most of our time enjoying drinks & nibbles on the large upper level deck that has stunning views of the ocean & watching the big boats come in through the heads.
I would definitely recommend this house to my friends & family. Thank you for our lovely holiday in Ocean Grove!

Fabulous house. Purposely designed to cater for large groups. Every appliance you could imagine (including TVs and video games) and a view to stare at for hours. Beautiful. All 10 of us (a 2 year old included) had a very relaxing and comfortable time.

This is a brilliant house in a brilliant location (as is number 2/157 next door). We had a wonderful stay and cooked some amazing food. The pizza ovens are incredible. We brought our own cooking gear thinking we'd need it but the houses are so well stocked that most of it was unnecessary. There's ample champagne flutes should you want to toast a special occasion, the outside decking upstairs has views of the ocean and the beach is just a short walk away. It's also kitted out with everything you could want including big screen tvs, x-box and wii, big barbecue, plenty of beds, and comfy couches. It's got the works. I can't recommend the place enough!

Hi Julie,
Just wanted to say a very big thank you to you and your husband. As you know we took 4 teenagers down to your house, they can be hard to entertain!!! But with all the facilities being so close by, skate park, swimming pool, shops etc it was easy. We loved the ping pong table and many a game was played.
The pizza oven was a great hit. There were a few budding chefs in the making!
The house is fantastic, easy to use and a pleasure to stay in. All the mod cons and you really did spoil us with all your extras - coffee machine, 4 bar toaster etc!
More importantly, with 4 teenagers, if quite time was needed (more for us!) there was always a place you could go.
We will be coming back!

We had a wonderful 5 nights in this fabulous house -despite rain for the first 3 days. An excellent position to walk to the beach and shops and a great central location for Queenscliff, Barwon Heads and the maze and mini golf in Wallington. House was too big for just 2 couples but we really enjoyed all the facilities including a bar-b-que one night and home-made pizzas another.

THank you Michael and Julie for an incredible weekend in your beautiful house. We had such a great time but it was so hard to leave. We will definitely be back to stay again. The house has every imaginable facility and feels so warm, clean and comfortable. There is so much space for 3 couples which makes it the ideal group retreat. The beach was so close and it is very handy being able to walk to Coles and other shops in 10 minutes. You truly made our stay memorable and we will most certainly return. Thank you very much.

What a fantastic place to stay! the owners could not have been any more helpful and the property itself was amazing - everything was provided for, from coffee, to basics, to ipod docks and games and we had a lovely couple of nights. Kids enjoyed the Wii and although the property is immaculately presented, we didn't once feel like they couldn't touch anything. The table tennis table and cricket in the garage was great and we managed to park three cars in the driveway without much trouble, thus leaving the garage free for the kids! My only recommendation is that a note is left as to where more coffee pods can be purchased from if you run out. We loved the coffee but couldn't find any replenishments at Safeway or Coles. overall a wonderful weekend away that I couldn't recommend highly enough.

We loved staying here. Everything we could want was on hand, and from the lounge and deck a fabulous view all the way to the heads at Queenscliff. The pizza oven was a hit with the kids, as was foxtel and the gaming consoles. Whilst we only had one family, it could easily accommodate two. We will stay again soon most definitely.

A very well appointed and accommodating property with fantastic views from the spacious balcony over to the Port Philip Bay Heads. Our 3 kids loved the property as well with many entertaining options in house at their disposal to keep them active and entertained. Only a very short walk into Ocean Grove and a short drive to Barwon Heads, Point Londsdale and Queenscliff. The friendly service we got from Julie (property manager) was second bar none. The whole experience was a thorough delight and highly relaxing. Thanks Julie.
