Lygon Street also has delicious food, wonderful service and beautiful park-lands and really comes alive in the evening. From the apartments you can walk to Hellenic Republic (George Calombaris’ Press Club), see a band or enjoy a gelato.
Brunswick is very central and accessible by tram to Melbourne's major attractions; the CBD, Museum, The Zoo, China Town, Victoria Market, the MCG, Southgate, Crown Casino, Flinders/Spencer Street station (Southern Cross) St Kilda and Chapel Street.

Position Perfect - Brunswick apartments are perfectly located between Sydney Road and Lygon Street. Please note: We are advertising SIX properties. Due to this fact please be mindful that the price you get quoted generically through Stayz will most likely NOT be the total price for your stay. We have four, two bedroom/two bathroom apartments, one with a balcony which sleep 5 guests each, a one bedroom which sleeps 4 guests and a larger two bedroom with one bathroom which sleeps 6. A party of more than 5-6 will need to book multiple apartments.
The apartments have finally received their full renovation and look amazing. They have been fully renovated and tastefully decorated offering you a stylish yet affordable stay in Melbourne.
From the apartments you have access to some of Melbourne's finest restaurants, cafes, shops, pubs and live bands. Trams are 400m away which takes you directly into the CBD.
APARTMENT SET-UP AND BEDDING CONFIGURATION
THE LOFT apartment has a king bed upstairs in the main bedroom with an en-suite, two long single beds in the second bedroom, and there is also the option to have two long singles in the main bedroom upstairs. There is also a double fold out sofa bed in the living area. This apartment has a smaller living area and we recommend for five guests comfortably. This apartment has external and internal stairs. It has a smaller size fridge/freezer and split system heating/AC; one upstairs in the main bedroom and one downstairs in the living room.
THE SUITE THE LOFT apartment has a king bed upstairs in the main bedroom with an en-suite, two long single beds in the second bedroom, and there is also the option to have two long singles in the main bedroom upstairs. There is also a double fold out sofa bed in the living area. This apartment has a smaller living area and we recommend for five guests comfortably. This apartment has external and internal stairs. It has a balcony and external stairs leading up (no internal stairs).This apartment has a full size fridge/freezer. It has a split system heating/AC in the living room.
THE COURTYARD has a king bed in the main bedroom and a double fold out sofa in the living room. This apartment has one bathroom and is recommended for 4 guests. It has a small courtyard and is on the ground floor. This apartment has a full size fridge/freezer. It has a split system heating/AC in the living room.
These fully furnished apartments offer clean, comfortable and affordable accommodation with all the extras for you to enjoy your stay in Melbourne. Plus your own free, secure parking space. (One secure car space per apt) extra cars can park on the street unrestricted all day.
The apartments are equipped with a kitchen, including oven, microwave and dishwasher. Crisp, fresh, quality linen and towels are supplied for your use at no extra cost.
There are stairs leading up to the two bedroom apartments. The one bedroom apartment has a courtyard and is on the ground floor.

INCLUSIONS
Included in the pricing for our apartment is fresh, clean, quality linen and towels. Parking is also included free of charge (one per apartment)
The kitchens have all the utensils you need to have a comfortable stay. We can also include wireless internet during your stay for $15 per night, just ask us! A portacot and high chair are also available for hire.
Please let us know if you have young children so we can supply you with a small basket of toys for their use. This always helps keep them entertained and our guests have appreciated this very much. Such as Tarnie who said of our Richmond apartment "The apartment was absolutely spotless, really impressive. It was in the most handy spot. Like a little haven in the middle of a busy area. Danielle was so lovely and helpful and organised the apartment to be ready a little earlier for me. The complimentary bottle of red was highly appreciated, and the thoughtfully provided toys were the highlight for my children. Everything was way beyond our expectations and very much appreciated. Position Perfect is a family owned business of two couples, each with two young children. We have been using the holiday rental market for 10 years for our own travelling purposes and have come to appreciate what we expect from our stay, and unfortunately what we don’t expect!
