If you are looking for the perfect holiday house this is it. It is ideal for either a weekend away or a relaxing weekly get away.

Situated across the road from the beach, directly across from Sorrento's magnificent Sullivan's Bay and the ever so popular Couta Sailing Club and only a short leisurely stroll into the famous shopping village of Sorrento!





FACILITIES

3 BEDROOMS, sleeps total of 10
(2 queens, 3 sets of double bunks = 6 singles).

Made up of:
2 x Queen Bedroom (very comfortable new beds)
1 x 3 double bunks = 6 singles (all very comfortable with new mattresses)

All rooms have large built in wardrobes. (All linen provided at a cost of $15 per pers)

Lounge: 42' plasma flat screen tv, DVD player, Foxtel (featuring comfortable leather couches) in Lounge and bedroom.

Dining Room: separate dining room, featuring dining room table with 8 leather chairs, and 3 seater couch.

Kitchen:
-Whirlpool stove and oven
-Whirlpool dishwasher and microwave
-Large westinghouse fridge
-Large caesar stone bench with 5 bench stools

Large Outdoor entertaining area: featuring a large deck (with half undercover - catering for all seasons)
- Large outside weber gas BBQ
-Large outdoor setting
-White Lounge chairs allowing you to relax whilst soaking up the Sorrento lifestyle.

Bathrooms: 2 Bathrooms
- 1 x large bath & separate shower (toilet and two washbasins)
- 1 x shower & toilet and wash basin.

Laundry: featuring fulling automatic washing machine (and outdoor clothes line)

Reverse cycle heating and cooling throughout the whole house, featuring hardwood floors, premium quality appliances and furnishings and fittings.

Parking: Brand new double car port located within the property, with extra room to park numerous other cars outside.

No large parties
Any damage to property and contents may be taken out of the bond
Rubbish bins to be taken out on Sunday night, otherwise may be up for rubbish removal costs.
