Safety Beach Getaway is a beautiful single level 3 bedroom house which directly overlooks the golf course. Watch the golfers tee off or the sunrise while relaxing in your large living room.
Sleeping 10. The house is beautifully furnished with new, brightly decorated furniture, with lots of natural light streaming in.

The queen size master bedroom has a walk in robe and an ensuite with, separate shower, toilet and vanity. There is another queen size bedroom, a third bedroom with 2 sets of bunks and a comfortable double sofabed located in the living room. The main bathroom includes a second shower, bathtub and vanity. The gorgeous fully equipped kitchen includes microwave, wall oven, 4 gas stove, dishwasher and full utensils including all crockery. Centrally located adjustcent to the main living and dining areas with panoramic views of the Mount Martha Country Club Golf Course.

Full ducted heating through out and split air conditioner in the living area will keep the guests comfortable through out the year.
There is a separate laundry with washing machine and ironing facilities..

Golf, tennis and swimming pool

Guests have access to golf, tennis and the nearby country club, its Atrium restaurant, bar and swimming pool!

The large rear garden and outdoor living area is fully fenced for secure child friendly fun. 4 burner BBQ, out door setting with market umbrella are included for guests convenience.

Dromana shops and cafes are just a short drive away, but the beach is only a short walk or stroll away. Leave the car at home unless you need it to launch your boat or jet ski at the nearby boat ramp.

Tariffs are for whole house, maximum 10 people.
