Beautiful polished floor boards and high ornate ceilings. There is a quaint sitting room, well equipped kitchen, dining room, family/living room with flat screen tv and dvd, three bedrooms, one bathroom and laundry area.
The family/living and the three bedrooms have airconditioning for your year round comfort.
The two minor bedrooms have an extra room off them that can be used as a dressing room or for storage, somewhere to put the suitcases so you don't trip over them.
Two good quality queen sized orthopedic beds and a total of three single beds.
Good quality bedding and towels supplied.

The rear of the property is fully fenced and has an under cover patio, gas plumbed bbq, outdoor setting and plenty of space to stretch your legs and relax. Watch the beautiful gum trees sway in the breeze.
Plenty of parking in secure gated compound.

Where is Beckenham and what to do there?
Beckenham is close to both domestic and international airports and is about 12km or a fifteen - twenty minute drive and you are in Perth City.
There is a bus at the corner with direct route to CBD Perth. The train station is about a ten minute walk. A hop skip and a jump away is Roe Hwy which will lead you to just about anywhere.
Beckenham is a fantastic area. So close to everything yet not built up too much. Heaps of all sorts of shops/business's at the doorstep yet a very quiet street.
Beckenham is on the cusp of Cannington Shopping precints with Westfield Carousel Shopping Centre, one of the biggest major shopping centres in Perth, is just five a minute drive away. There you will find abundant restaurants, eateries, movie theatre's, banks and shops galore.
Just a short drive away we have the new state of the art Cannington Leisure Complex. Here you will find a indoor heated pool, spa, sauna, gym all at very reasonable price's.There is also a wonderful new library where you can while away the time with a good book or hook up to the internet if that is your thing.
Catch a train to Perth City and visit The WA Art of Gallery and the Museum which are just a few steps away from the station. Make a day of it and visit famous Northbridge or take the city clipper and visit famous Kings Park or perhaps take a river cruise. Take the ferry across the Swan river and visit the wonderful Perth Zoo. If shopping is your thing you wont be disappointed, visit King Street for all the big brand fashion etc. Many wonderful things to see and do in Perth.
Perth does not have the urban sprawl that a lot of cities have and you can access most major tourist sites like Fremantle and the Swan Valley with a thirty minute or so drive. All major hospitals within thirty minutes drive.
Its so easy to travel around Perth, We have a very good road system.
Kings Park is a must to visit. You can drive right in and park the car and spend the day enjoying the view and perhaps have a picnic lunch. The scenery is stunning and many tourist from around the world visit the park. So much to see there and easy to loose track of time and end up spending the whole day there. Nice restaurants and shops to while away the time.
Fremantle is about a thirty minute drive away or you can travel there by train. This is a very popular tourist destination. Wander around and enjoy the fantastic atmosphere, vist the very popular Freo Markets, get some fish n chips or visit a lovely restaurant, visit the Maritime Museum. Too many things to list the sky is the limit.
Rottnest Island is another must to visit. Take an early morning ferry and spend the day there. Hire a bicycle and explore the Island or take one of the many bus tours. Beautiful eateries there and stunning beaches, you wont be disappointed.
Home from home so kick off your shoes.
So if you are visiting Perth for business or pleasure or are in between house moves and want your own little piece of home where you can kick off your shoes and relax then this might suit you.
Plenty of parking, secure if needed.
Although The Cottage is right next door to me it is fully fenced off so completely separate. You will see very little of me but close by if you need any assistance.
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to me and will be respected.
Absolutely no parties or big social get togethers/gatherings allowed here without written permission from the owners. No excessive alcohol consumption.
Quiet enjoyment and respect will be afforded to my guests and also expected for myself/family/neighbours.
