Talinga Waterfront Beach House is an absolute beachfront property perched on the hill with 180 degree views of the golden stretch of South Pacific sand known as Toowoon and Blue Bay only a one hour drive from Sydney or Newcastle.
Talinga Beach House has everything you could ask for with. It has been tastefully renovated with timber floorboards, large decks to make the most of the panoramic views, a modern kitchen (perfect for those foodies out there) and a spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen with reverse cycle air-conditioning all looking out to the beach and ocean.
Accommodation consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has views to the ocean with a king size bed and two door ensuite with large spa bath. The second bedroom is a queen room and looks out onto a sunny courtyard. The third bedroom is a spacious room with 2 solid wooden bunk beds and a good quality sofa bed and the fourth room has single bunk beds allowing comfortable accommodation for up to 10-12 guests. We do have a few mattresses for young children. All beds are made up with quality linen and we provide bath towels.
You can BBQ on the deck, cook a lovely meal in the state of the art kitchen, have fish and chips on the beach or take a 5 minute stroll down the beach to Kims Luxury Beach Hideaway for a wonderful breakfast, lunch or dinner and try one of their exotic cocktails. In the surrounding area and in walking distance you have a great selection fantastic cafes. Open up the doors to the deck and let the sea breeze drift through the house. Lie in bed at night and drift off to sleep listening to the waves break onto the sand.
Talinga has all home comforts including Plasma TV and DVD separate bar area, dishwasher and full laundry. Talinga is perfect for a family holiday or a weekend getaway for a group of friends. Bookings not accepted for parties/functions /under 25's/schoolies.
Only 1 hour drive north of Sydney, Talinga has all the ingredients for a wonderful stay all year round with plenty to do including fishing, long walks or just lazing on the beach, swimming, golf or simply sitting back on the large deck and relaxing.

You can't ask for anything more than panoramic views of the ocean welcomed into your living room by large bespoke and carefully considered glazing. Perched atop the headland overlooking Shelley beach makes the location not only idyllic, but peaceful without being inaccessible. Inside we felt at home immediately with the open planned living environment, the kitchen flowing seamlessly into the large living area and out on to the balcony. Its the sort of house you dream of owning... but I guess that's what holidays are for!
