We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at the cottage. We had 8 adults and a 1 yr old. Plenty of space for everybody - the house is really well set up so that we didn't get in each other's way! Booking was made very easy by the friendliness of the owners and nothing was too much trouble. The house is very well appointed with everything that anyone could require.
Will definitely be booking again!!

This is the second time we have stayed in the house and, again, we were very happy with all aspects of the house. The layout of the house gives everyone plenty of space, so does the large back deck. The back yard was great for the kids and fully fenced. The kitchen is really well stocked and we felt very much at home.

We had a really great stay! The layout of the house is great, with 4 bedroomsand 2 bathrooms,nobody was in anyones way.After a great day at the beach,we all walked back and had a BBQ on the back deck and had a few drinks without disturbing anybody. This house was great, I have stayed in many holidays houses and I have to say it was one of the best. It is very well equiped expecially the kitchen. The back deck is great for outdoor dining and secure for kids. The house is spacious and you don't feel on top of each other, especially when the weather turns ugly.

My sister and I took our 5 children to the house and were all very comfortable. The bedding arrangements were perfect for us and the house very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The back yard is level and secure, a real bonus as our youngest is 2 and eldest 9 - a good balance of safety and space. The deck area was great for meals and handball! Lots of small touches in the kitchen made a difference like salt and pepper grinders and plenty of cutlery, plates etc.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pearl Beach over Christmas. The house was ideal for our group of adults as the way the house is divided into two sleeping areas allows privacy. The house was generously equipped with everything we needed and this meant I was able to do my Christmas cooking easily. Everything was clean and well maintained and the location was perfect for a relaxing week.

We had a fantastic week at Pearl Beach Holiday Cottage - we had family over from the UK and New Zealand and they loved it. The house is very comfortable and very well appointed - everything you would need in the kitchen. It is also spacious, and the layout worked well for us with two families (two sleeping areas are separated with bedrooms and bathroom facilities in each). The deck and the garden are great for outdoor times, and our 20-month old loved playing 'treasure hunt' in the garden.

We had a wonderful Christmas week at Pearl Beach Holiday Cottage(seven adults). This is one of those places where the glowing reviews all ring true as soon as you enter the front door. The house is spacious, very clean, well-equipped and smartly decorated. Playing table-tennis and barbequing on the big deck, with the kookaburras entertaining us, were added bonuses.

This house is deceptively larger than it appears on the outside. Very spacious inside, with large entertaining areas, and a very well appointed kitchen!. It was like being at home, rather than a rental property. Everything was clean and comfortable. We found it quite roomy for 2 families. Loved playing table tennis on the deck, and the wildlife was a bonus! Would definitely stay at this house again when we come to Pearl Beach.

This property is more than meets the eye. I had family from the USA and NZ staying with me and they loved it, thought they were staying in a Wildlife Park - Possums, Kookaburra, King Parrots Scub Turkeys! Brilliant. Everything you could want and more is there. We really like the gorg fridge on the spacious deck.The only problem was we had to leave eventually. Not soo close to the beach but the short walk makes the swim a great reward.

It really suits two young families as there are two separate wings that provide each family with space, whilst the rest of the living area is large with space for everyone to live comfortabley.
It also has excellent supplies.
We had a very enjoyale weekend despite the wet weather.

Pearl Beach Holiday Cottage was a great house for a biggish group (my husband and I, 2 adult daughters and their three English friends). Plenty of beds, 2 bathrooms and great outdoor space. The kitchen is very well equipped even for cooking and serving Christmas type dinners to a house full of people. In my experience this is not typical of rental accommodation and was greatly appreciated. We walked everywhere and only had to drive into Umina for grocery shopping a couple of times. A very relaxing holiday.

My family just had a wonderful weekend at Pearl Beach Holiday Cottage. The house had everything we needed, plus more! We loved the Bar-B-Qs and eating outside on the deck with the very friendly local birdlife. The kookaburras were especially cheeky! The beds were comfy and the air-conditioning helped on some very humid nights. It was good to have 2 bathrooms (with good showers)! We'll be back!

We had a fabulous time at your holiday house and we will hopefully be able to return again maybe next year. The kids loved the backyard and the beach. We didn't have great weather but it didn't really matter we focused mainly on family time together.

What a fantastic house. Very practical, secure & ideal for anyone with little ones. We had the perfect week of weather. The kids loved the beach and discovering new life each day in the rockpools. Pearl Beach is a beautiful place. We will definately return to Pearl Beach Cottage, but will pack less now we know how well equipped the house is.

Our family of four had a lovely break over the long weekend. The house is roomy and well appointed - we particularly love the deck and had all meals out there enjoying the bird life and visiting kookas. A short walk to a beautiful beach which was great for our 2 children. We will come again.

I rented the cottage during March with friends. We had a superb time relaxing on the deck and having bbqs. Everyone particularly loved the possums and kookaburras that visited each night. Comfortable, clean accomodation. Having stayed at many rentals over the last few years, we always feel welcome and relaxed at Garnett St. Short walk to a gorgeous beach and everything you need for a great stay.

We had 3 families stay at the cottage - 2 couples and 1 couple with 2 young children. The cottage was perfect for us as the family of 4 were situated at one end of the house and the other couples at the opposite end. The deck was great for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were grateful for the fly screens as the mosquitos were certainly making their presence known. The kitchen equipment was excellent, enabling us to make a couple of gourment meals. We would definitely stay in this cottage again if we were visiting Pearl Beach.
