This is a tastefully presented, renovated 4 br house. It is located a 400 metre pleasant stroll from the beach. Four good-sized bedrooms, two with built-ins, and 2 full bathrooms. An open plan kitchen/dining and living area opens onto a spacious back deck. The deck has a BBQ, outdoor dining and ample room for entertaining or toddler triking. The back garden is a secure safe large grassed area suitable for outdoor games. Reverse cycle air conditioning, 2TVs, one with DVD, washing machine, CD player, board games and beach equipment, extensive cooking and entertaining supplies.
This is a non-smoking property. Smokers may use external deck areas if they wish.

Property is located 400m from idyllic Pearl Beach, with outlook to the national park. Pearl Beach is 90kmns from Sydney, (1hour and 15 minutes from CBD).
