Description

This is a tastefully presented, renovated 4 br house. It is located a 400 metre pleasant stroll from the beach. Four good-sized bedrooms, two with built-ins, and 2 full bathrooms. An open plan kitchen/dining and living area opens onto a spacious back deck. The deck has a BBQ, outdoor dining and ample room for entertaining or toddler triking. The back garden is a secure safe large grassed area suitable for outdoor games. Air conditioning, 2TVs, one with DVD, washing machine, CD player, board games and beach equipment, extensive cooking and entertaining supplies. Bikes on request.

This is a non-smoking property. Smokers may use external deck areas if they wish.

Location
Property is located 400m from idyllic Pearl Beach, with outlook to the national park. Pearl Beach is 90kmns from Sydney, (1hour and 15 minutes from CBD).

This is a quiet residential street facing the national park. Due to neighbour complaints re previous tenants, SPECIAL CONDITIONS APPLY FOR GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE WISHING TO BOOK THE PROPERTY.

"We had a fantastic week at Pearl Beach Holiday Cottage - we had family over from the UK and New Zealand and they loved it. The house is very comfortable and very well appointed - everything you would need in the kitchen. It is also spacious, and the layout worked well for us with two families (two sleeping areas are separated with bedrooms and bathroom facilities in each). The deck and the garden are great for outdoor times, and our 20-month old loved playing 'treasure hunt' in the garden."

"This house is deceptively larger than it appears on the outside. Very spacious inside, with large entertaining areas, and a very well appointed kitchen!. It was like being at home, rather than a rental property. Everything was clean and comfortable. We found it quite roomy for 2 families. Loved playing table tennis on the deck, and the wildlife was a bonus! Would definitely stay at this house again when we come to Pearl Beach."

"This property is more than meets the eye. I had family from the USA and NZ staying with me and they loved it, thought they were staying in a Wildlife Park - Possums, Kookaburra, King Parrots Scub Turkeys! Brilliant. Everything you could want and more is there. We really like the gorg fridge on the spacious deck.The only problem was we had to leave eventually. Not soo close to the beach but the short walk makes the swim a great reward. "

It really suits two young families as there are two separate wings that provide each family with space, whilst the rest of the living area is large with space for everyone to live comfortabley. "Pearl Beach Holiday Cottage was a great house for a biggish group (my husband and I, 2 adult daughters and their three English friends). Plenty of beds, 2 bathrooms and great outdoor space. The kitchen is very well equipped even for cooking and serving Christmas type dinners to a house full of people. In my experience this is not typical of rental accommodation and was greatly appreciated. We walked everywhere and only had to drive into Umina for grocery shopping a couple of times. A very relaxing holiday."
