With a 960 sq m corner block surrounded by shrubs and mature Tea trees you will be hard pressed to see another house. Privacy is the greatest asset of this home.

A Short walk gets you to Buckley's Chance for pancakes and the Sorrento main strip. If you don't feel like cooking there are many eateries and cafes to please all. Keep walking for a few more minutes and you're at the Bay Beach and Pier.
Walk to the back beach and Coppin's lookout from the end of Normanby Rd, enjoy the bird life and view from the dunes turn left to Sorrento's beautiful surf beach and rock pools, or turn right to walk along Portsea Back beach where you can buy an Ice cream at the Surf Life Saving Club.
Don't forget Coppin's Lookout where you can sit and soak up views all the way down to Lorne.
If you can get a game at the Sorrento Golf Club it is just down at the other end of Normanby Road.
At night listen to the distant surf and it will lull you to sleep.
It is otherwise very quiet !
If you are attending a function at All Smiles you could leave the car at the house and walk.
