To secure booking $200.00 deposit required upon booking and then full payment (booking fee + bond) required by 30 days prior to stay.
Bookings cancelled 30 days & over prior to occupancy will attract a $200.00 cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled 29 days or less prior to occupancy
& where the property is not re-booked for the same period full booking fee forefit.
Bond is fully refunded if cancellation policy applies.
