Stroll along the boardwalk to Kings Beach Parkland, where there is a waterplay park for the kids, and a beach-pool if the waves at King Beach are too big. Happy Valley Beach offers a more sheltered beach for the kids, has a wonderful playground and barbeques, perfect for admiring sunsets and the spectacular kite surfers. Oogarding is within easy walking distance of waterfront eating options and the main shopping street (where the Sunday markets are).
The apartment is on the second level, accessed by a lift. There is an ensuite and main bathroom, new kitchen fully-equipped, laundry, lounge and dining. The west facing balcony offers perfect sunsets (and views of the pool), while the south-east facing balcony has an outdoor dining setting with peek-a-boo views of the ocean and glasshouse mountains.
The second bedroom has a double bed, with a sngle trundle if needed.

The property was like a home away from home. Everything that you needed and close to beaches, shops and food outlets. The owners have assured that everything you could possibly need was on hand. Spotlessly clean and very very comfortable.

I loved it!
This unit was a lovely surprise, and the best value for money. It was in a terrific location for the beach, the shops and to eat out. Everything was made easy by the owners and it was exceptionally clean. Certainly recommend it.
