Located in the quaint inner west suburb of Kingsville, between Footscray and Yarraville, Krygger House is the perfect base when visiting Melbourne for an event, family visit or business trip .... Stay for 3 nights, 3 weeks or 3 months.

Krygger House has 3 large carpeted bedrooms, accommodating up to 5 people, (or 6 including a porta cot) . The master bedroom has a queen size bed, large bay window with plenty of light, 22" wall mounted LCD TV with inbuilt DVD player, ensuite with double shower & a spacious walk-in robe. Bedroom two has a queen size bed, TV & large built-in wardrobe. Bedroom 3 has a single bed, desk & large built-in wardrobe.
The rear of the house opens up to a light filled open plan living and kitchen area. You can relax on the large lounges and watch a selection of complimentary movies on the 46" LCD TV or read from an array of books. The kitchen is well appointed with electric oven, gas stove, microwave, stone benchtop, family sized fridge & dishwasher. Its great to cook in & equipped with everything you will need. The dining table seats 6 comfortably. Walk through the living area onto the large deck with BBQ.
The house has polished floor boards in the living areas, ducted heating and airconditioning thoughout the house in cluding bedrooms, & off street parking for one vehicle. Green features include solar power and a rain water tank.
The laundry is fitted with a front loading washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. Shut the door in winter and the heating duct turns the laundry into a drying room.
Guests are kept up to date with what is happening in the local area and all the great places to eat and visit during their stay.
Oh, and in the main bathroom, you can sit in the bath & watch a DVD ....
RATES
The rates displayed when you hover your mouse over the Availability calendar at the top of the page are based on 2 people staying in the main bedroom. Additional people are charged at $20 per person per night. Our full Rate schedule is available by clicking on 'Rates' under the photos at the top of this page. Bookings for 2 people will be accommodated in the main bedroom. Access to Bedrooms 2 & 3 will be provided on booking and payment for additional people.
PAYMENT TERMS
A deposit payment of 50% of the total booking or $500 payable by EFT, whichever is the lesser amount will secure the dates of your booking. The remaining amount is due 7 days prior to arrival. Unless payment is received in full, the keys to the property will not be handed over.
LONG TERM STAYS
Stays over 4 weeks are considered long term and negotiable depending on length and number of guests staying. Please contact us to discuss.
