Cellitos boasts huge lake, sandbar and ocean views over the east coast. An additional bonus at this time of the year are the whales which are just starting to pass the mid north coast region on their migration north and can be seen from most rooms in the house.
Over Winter and Autumn Cellitos is the place to be as it oozes sun and warmth all day round. Our beautiful fireplace keeps the whole house delightfully warm and cosy. Our large pool table and games room ( pingpong table, darts and leggo) will entertain the kids all day and night leaving you to peace and quiet upstairs. As well as this we are pet friendly. Even the dog will love it !!

Our beautiful Sandbar was opened on Monday 25th Feb due to the heavy rainfall so from now til the end of May the natural water ride in the channel is sensational. See out photos of the channel to ride the drift!! After this it gets a bit cool in the water. Families are still fishing the sandbar and catching bream and whiting. They are also still swimming as the water temperature is still very warm. The bar will close naturally based on weather conditions. This only happens once about every 18months so come now and enjoy this stunning natural playground while it lasts! This is a fun place for the whole family to enjoy. Guess what.....it's free!!!

Cellitos is a beautiful open family home 50m from the edge of Smiths Lake which enjoys a panoramic view of the Lake, the spectacular Sandbar, Cellito Beach and Seal Rocks. Whale watching is easy from Cellitos May to November.
Ideal for families, kids and small pets this holiday house boasts a salt water pool and is only 2mins walk to the lakes edge. Five minutes drive or less gets you to Cellitos, Blueys, Boomerang or Elizabeth beaches. Cellitos has an open plan living and outdoor entertainment area overlooking an 9x4m salt water swimming pool and large courtyard wall-mounted TV. All areas of the house enjoy views over the lake and ocean. We have tiled flooring throughout and carpet in the bedrooms. Cross ventilation & ceiling fans ensure comfort in the summer and a wood fireplace becomes a cosy feature of the house on cool winter evenings. Winter days are like summer at Cellitos with both verandahs catching morning and afternoon sun. Well behaved pets welcome with prior approval from owners. Enclosed courtyard available.
Cellitos has been designed to capture the views so the house feels very spacious with 4 bedrooms, office/nursery, 2 bathrooms and lots of open plan living areas and an undercover (Vergola) entertaining area. The Vergola over the courtyard has remote control to open for sun and close for rain. Cellitos appears from the front as a two storey home however on entering all living is basically on one level with 2/3 steps defining zones for bedrooms and entertainment.
The kitchen has been designed by a woman and therefore enjoys one of the best views in the house. Double sliding windows open to serve breakfast or just coffee onto the front balcony to enjoy the spectacular views. It is equipped with ceramic cooktop, double oven and grill, dishwasher, microwave, fridge. Help yourself to the herb garden and mandarin tree at the rear of the house.The in-house laundry houses an extra cold drinks/food fridge with easy access to the entertainment area. A large 4 burner Gas BBQ sits just beyond the 8 seater dining room on the rear deck. The entertainment area seats 8 with 6 additional chairs if required located at the rear of the house. This is the perfect courtyard for entertaining family, friends and especially children.
Everything is right at your fingertips and walking distance from the house: cafes, shops, hairdresser, butcher, boatramps, bakers, park, fish feeding at Frothey Coffee Boatshed, catamaran, kayak and boat hire, best skate park in NSW for beginners and red hot skaters. Golf clubs, fishing rods for kids and two push bikes available at no extra charge. Walk across the shallow lake to the sandbar and drift in and out with the current along the channel past the sandbar (only when the lake is open to the sea)...it is the most fantastic natural water ride on the east coast and at no cost!!! I guarantee all family members will love it!
Smiths Lake boasts one of the best skate parks in NSW. Bring your skate board or razor scooter and have a go!
Get the kids to lay down on the front lawn at 9pm each night and watch the satellites pass over. They cannot be seen in populated areas due to the town lights.
Wander down to the edge of Smiths Lake and watch our friend Steve take off and land in his sea plane. He parks his plane on the beach in front of his house directly below us.
We supply two small fishing rods and tackle box with gear for a quick fish in the lake - the best bait is chicken breast from the local butcher. Boats, kayaks and catamarans available for hire from Frothey Coffee Boatshed 2 minutes away.
Enjoy our large games room with pool table, pingpong table, darts, golf clubs and leggo.
Blueys, Boomerang, Elizabeth, Cellito and Sandbar Beaches all under 5 mins drive from the house. Hit the beach in the morning and laze by the pool and watch the kids play all afternoon. Cellitos has so much to entertain the kids.
SUITABILITY
Plenty of room for two families with children sharing or three couples getting away from it all. Our beautiful salt water pool is a great entertainer for kids. We are also a great house for family reunions and gatherings.
Perfect for boating enthusiastics as we are located in the centre of the Great Lakes system just minutes from Smiths, Myall and Wallis Lakes. As we use all three lake systems in our 475 Quintrex, as well as deep sea ocean fishing, Scott and Debe can provide boat lovers with great safe advise on the local waterways. Maps are provided.
Cellitos is also ideal for the busy business break with the family. Our large purpose built office area allows for three desk spaces that can be used for craft and bookwork by kids and teenagers as well as mum or dad tapping away on the computer. This room also serves as an ideal baby's nursery as it adjoins the master bedroom.
Seal Rocks (20min drive) and surrounds is the area that the Grandmothers movie staring Naomi Watts has been filmed in which will be out in cinemas later this year.
Not ideally suitable for disabled as stairs and small split levels internally.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
MASTER Bedroom 1x queen size bed boasting full panoramic views over the lake, sandbar, ocean and Seal Rocks. Walk in robe and twin shower polished porcelain ensuite. TV wall unit.
OFFICE off Master Bedroom this is a dedicated office ,however, it is also ideal as a nursery for use with our cot (no extra charge) or craft and art room for kids.
BED 2 sleeps 3 This room includes bunk bed with double futon on bottom and single on top. TV DVD and some games. A great room for kids to relax in after swimming at the beach and in the pool. In this room they can watch their movies and just fall asleep and stay where they lay!!!
BED 3 sleeps 2. Bunk beds with lower bunk able to be moved. Includes port-a-cot. Some small childrens toys, blocks, games and books.
BED 4 has 1x Queen size bed overlooking very sunny entertainment area and pool. TV and plenty of wardrobe space.
BYO sheets, pillowslips and towels or Linen supplied at cost which includes beds dressed on arrival. Charge - $50 per Queen and $30 per single with beds dressed on arrival.
