Villa 27 or Villa Gumtree, known for its secluded setting nestled within the privacy of the gumtrees of South Shores. It has everything you could possibly want when on holiday and more.
Not only can it can sleep 9, but we have furnished it with brand new furniture and fitting to make your stay an even more relaxing and entertaining one.
On the very secluded North facing top deck, sit back, enjoy a glass of wine as we include a complimentary bottle of McLaren Vale red and Adelaide Hills white wine and simply take in the scenery of unspoilt sand dunes through the gumtrees, open pastoral land with grazing Kangaroos, seamlessly extending to uninterrupted views of Normanville and Yankalilla, all of this whilst taking in the sea breeze and the sounds of the leaves rustling from the surrounding gumtrees, part of the serenity that Villa Gumtree offers.
Then again, you may just want to sit back and relax on the secluded lower paved area and enjoy the views of the large grassed play area through the gumtrees and watch the children play or just enjoy a family BBQ.

What Villa Gumtree offers
The bedrooms consist of 3 x queen beds, 1x bunk bed (1 set) and also 1 x roller away fold up trundle bed available if needed. Also if required a portable cot.
The kitchen is fully fitted with all the necessary equipment to ensure your cooking experience is made as easy as possible. We have also installed a Pura-tap.
There is ducted reverse-cycle air-conditioning throughout with the upper floor also having ceiling fans.
There are 3 new LCD/LED HD TV's , a fitted out Rumpus room for the smaller children a fuse ball and air hockey table, the teenagers a Xbox 360 console with preloaded games, controllers and for the adults simply sit back on the couches and watch Sport on the Flat screen TV. If you need, there is also a DVD player and of course a drinks fridge to keep those beers cold.
The 5 stacker cd player also has a iPod station, mp3 players, or USB's connected to it to take care of all your music needs. There is also wireless internet if required (small fee applies), just another unique feature that Villa Gumtree offers.
Villa Gumtree is child friendly with access to, baby bath, highchair, portacot and safety gate if needed.
Enjoy swimming in the huge solar heated swimming pool or stroll for 200m on your own personal boardwalk taking you straight onto the glorious white sands of the local beach.

There is so much to enjoy while holidaying here: bike riding, walking, horse riding, water sports, fishing, arts and crafts, great local coffee shops, fine food and being a short drive to the famous McLaren Vale wine district where you can try the hand crafted wines of Simply Organoleptic then lunch at their Cafe MESO.
