This very spacious three-bedroom, three-living, two bathroom, two garage townhome sleeps eight people (an additional two guests can be accommodated for by arrangement). The master suite and second bedroom both have queen beds, the master also has its own en-suite bathroom featuring twin basins, oversize shower and a toilet (a special feature of the master suite being the tropical garden and relaxation deck through sliding doors). The third bedroom contains two sets of bunks. All bedrooms are downstairs, spacious and with air conditioning and wardrobes in each room. The main bathroom has an oversized shower, toilet and hand basin.
Upstairs the living and dining areas are all furnished with luxury fittings - a leather lounge suite, 51 “ flat panel TV and DVD player for your entertainment needs and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open onto the balcony with matching ratten table and 6 chairs, plus another matching 6 x seater hightop bar overlooking the tropical rear yard. . A perfect setting as you cook on the stainless barbie in holiday heaven.
The provincial style cane 8 seater formal dining setting with matching cane four seater lounge lends itself as a relaxing afternoon retreat area. The kids favourite is ‘The Man CaveÂ’ set up with a 42” flat panel TV , three seater leather lounge, single seat leather chair, and of course some facebook heaven for the teenagers with unlimited broadband wifi.

At ‘On Broadwater’ you are close to everything the famous coastline has to offer. A five minute meanander will have you paddling in the beautiful Broadwater, in awe of the magnificant watercraft in the boat harbour and marina, or dining in restaurants or cafes., a favourite past-time for our guests on a balmy Gold Coast evening is to witness the splendour of the Surfers Skyline from the boat harbour. You can also hire a jet ski and cruise around the broadwater or go parasailing.
