Its Autumn, our favourite time at Stanley Park - warm days, cool nights and amazing sunsets. Come and cook up an autumn feast and relax by the fires with your friends and family. You wont want to leave!
This beautiful historic manor circa 1897, was recently restored to its former glory with the addition of an open plan section of generous proportions, blending seemlessly with the original part of the house.
Situated grandly on 28 secluded absolute waterfront acres, this is the perfect place to soak up some wholesome country living and forget about hectic city life for a while.
However if you do fancy a hit of cafe society or shopping and nightlife, Newcastle and Nelsons Bay are both a short 20-25 minute drive away.
Stockton beach is also 5 minutes up the road.
However, we predict that once you arrive here at Stanley Park you wont want to leave!
The residence includes 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (including 2 ensuite bathrooms).
Configuration: 5 queen rooms, 2 twin share rooms and 1 very large single bedroom.
The main bedroom has a sitting room with fire place.
All bedrooms enjoy rural and/or water vistas.
3 of the upstairs bedrooms have access via french doors to the wide wraparound verandahs.
The historic section of the house features 12 ft high pressed metal ceilings throughout, a beautiful formal dining room, spacious sitting room with grand piano, study with partners desk, wide hallways, pristine antique and period furniture, chandeliers and leadlight windows.
The new section of the house is designed for entertaining and relaxing:
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes double ovens, split dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine and quality appliances, cutlery, glasses and crockery. The pantry and fridge are stocked with basics for you to use including milk, butter, salt, pepper, olive oil and dried herbs.
A huge entertaining area is complete with pool table, table tennis, darts board, tv, cumfy lounges and woodpellet combustion fires.
The Conservatorium is an inside/outside room equipped with bbq and ratan dining/lounge furniture.
A luxurious spa bathroom is complete with bath products and picture window.
Also at your disposal is a double lockup garage, and laundry with washing machine, washing powder, dryer and ironing facilities.

Our guests have confirmed - once you get to this amazing place you wont want to leave.
Sleep in! Then enjoy a late breakfast in the bay window room whilst enjoying sweeping views of the Cove.
Try our local produce at the nearby Macadamia and Avocado farms, other fresh produce growers and vineyards.
Get creative with the help of a great range of cook books - whip up a feast in the large fully equipped kitchen.
Observe and listen to a variety of birds and other wildlife that inhabit the property.
Enjoy a picnic on the lawn and take in uninterrupted views across Fullerton Cove to Mount Sugarloaf.
Stretch out on a cumfy lounge with a freshly brewed coffee and be inspired by the latest home/garden/country magazines.
If you feel like lifting a finger - cue up for a game of pool, hold a grand slam table tennis tournament or take your best shot at the darts board.
Crank up the volume with your choice of music - we have a great selection of cds from Mozart to Metallica.
