Chez Chantal is a luxurious three bedroom waterfront modern house on Collingridge Point in stunning Berowra Waters. Berowra Waters is only one hours drive from Sydney.
If you are looking for a magnificent setting, with amazing views from 3 levels of decks overlooking your pontoon, unbelievable entertaining and dining options, then this is it.
In the winter (or any time), you can cosy-up to the open log fire, select a book from the extensive library, dine formally or informally surrounded by English/French antique furniture.
The house has fully equipped kitchen, lounge/dining and other rooms where nothing has been overlooked. Modern bathrooms.
Chez Chantal is surrounded by a rainforest garden growing next to huge sandstone boulders. The prolific native vegetation attracts a variety of native birds, brown doves, lorikeets, rosellas, king parrots, native pigeons, lyre birds, bush turkeys, kookaburras to name a few. You may also find giant goannas, wallabies and other wildlife in the area when walking.
You can relax, swim, or fish from your jetty. Included is your own pontoon half cabin boat and NO LICENCE IS REQUIRED. Enjoy cruising the bays and beaches, having a fish or visiting the local well known restaurants such as Berowra Waters Inn (one hat), seafood all you can eat buffets at the Marina and Fish Café at the Marina. Don't want to cook? - We understand - SECRET DINING is now available; romantic dinners, breakfasts, picnic hampers, lunches - prepared, cooked, delivered and served to you. Hire kayaks and other boating equipment at the local Marina. For the energetic, behind Chez Chantal is national park and you can bushwalk to the top of the ridge which has expansive views of the waterways. Bushwalking is moderate, suitable clothing essential.
At lunch, watch the De Havilland Beaver 1950s flying boats landing at the Berowra Waters Inn – or take one yourself and get a flight to your pontoon!
Chez Chantal is a ten minute boat ride from Berowra Waters marina and ferry.
Inclusions
All linen is supplied. Coffee, tea, sugar and basic condiments, are supplied. There is a gas barbeque on one deck. The large decks overlooking the water have sun umbrella, tables and chairs. Welcoming bottle of champagne and snacks.
